Crafted within the bustling heart of Beijing’s Microsoft headquarters, this project offers a serene sanctuary for rejuvenation and retreat. Our design transforms a multi-functional space into a nature-inspired haven, providing employees a vital escape to recharge and find inspiration.

The concept seamlessly merges the tranquility of the natural world with the dynamism of a tech environment. A neutral, calming palette is energized by strategic accents of vibrant orange, while warm brass lighting replaces cold office luminaires to cast a gentle, inviting glow. Abundant natural light floods the interior, creating a sun-drenched refuge.

Within the library, comfortable seating invites deep relaxation. Walls adorned with luminous mosaic color blocks provide a subtle, artistic nod to Microsoft’s innovation. The result is a holistic environment where employees can find solace, enjoy a moment of reflection, and return to their work restored—all without leaving the building.
