WTL Design had the privilege of collaborating with IRI Group to transform a disused factory into a cutting-edge office space. Embracing the principles of intelligent natural design, the project prioritized sustainability, incorporating green, low-carbon and energy-efficient solutions that reflect the dynamic spirit of IRI Group.
The transformation was not without its challenges. The team faced deteriorating concrete structures, outdated mechanical systems, inefficient energy frameworks and aging infrastructure. Yet, through innovative design and meticulous planning, WTL Design overcame these obstacles, delivering a remarkable office space that harmonizes with nature, sparks curiosity and fosters connection.
